Conditions of Use

The conditions stated herein regulate the use of the Internet Website www. santa letters foryourkids.co.uk, that SOLNET TELECOM SL (hereinafter referred to as SOLNET or www.santalettersforyourkids.co.uk) places at the User’s disposal (the User).

Use of the Website presupposes the full acceptance at all times by the User of all the General Conditions of Use currently in force, for which reason if the User does not agree to any of the conditions established herein, he should not use this Website. SOLNET reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Use of the Website at any time or any other general or specific conditions, regulations for use, instructions or warnings that appear in this application. SOLNET also reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or cease operating the Website at any moment.

All prices include 16% VAT, which will be charged on all orders. Ordinary postage is also included.

3/ Payment & Paypal

www.santalettersforyourkids.co.uk has chosen to use Paypal, the most popular and secure payment system on the Internet. With Paypal you can use the majority of normal credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron and others.

In addition, if you prefer, you can use your bank account to make a payment through an online transfer.

Please note that you do not have to be a current PayPal member in order to use the service to pay for your order. (PayPal membership is free and can optionally be set up during your payment)

4/ Orders and Delivery

We deliver worldwide.

If you live in USA or anywhere outside the EU (European Unin) , the last day for normal orders will be the 10th December. If you wish to order after this date there is the additional option of ordering up to 19th December, but in order to guarantee that the letter will arrive before Christmas Eve it is necessary to choose the postage option “urgent”.

We strongly recommend that your order is placed no later than 19th December if you live in the EU (European Union).

5/ Returns and guarantee

We offer a 20 day money back policy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products or services simply let us know.

You can return our merchandise for a full refund within 20 days of the date that you received it as long as it is in perfect condition and returned with all its original packaging, undamaged, and with no additions or changes.

First, please contact us and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with our delivery instructions. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. After receipt of the defective Product, SOLNET will repair or replace the Product or issue a refund.

6/ Information obtained and security

We will only collect personally identifiable information when we have specifically received your consent to do so. Our company does not rent, lease or sell your personal information to third parties.

All personal data will be managed in accordance with our obligations under Spanish Data Protection Law.

The information provided by users in the various forms on this website may be combined to form an automatic record. This is created by SOLNET TELECOM SL with the intention of providing a better service to the client. SOLNET TELECOM SL is the commercial owner of the eventual database generated using the personal information supplied by the clients.

In accordance with the guidelines in place in relation to data protection, SOLNET TELECOM SL is committed to compliance with its obligation for secrecy in relation to information of a personal nature and its duty to treat this information as confidential and adopt, to this effect, the measures necessary in order to avoid the alteration, loss, processing or unauthorised access of data, taking into account at all times the state of technology.

7/ Responsibility and compensation

ST will in no case be responsible for the use made by Users and/or third parties of the Website or its Contents, nor for the damages that may result from said use.

The client accepts that the maximum compensation that can be demanded from SOLNET for facts attributable to SOLNET cannot exceed the quantity paid by the client.

8/ Applicable law and jurisdiction

The rendering of the Website service and the general conditions described herein are governed by Spanish law. In accordance with the law, the parties expressly renounce any other local or regional law that may correspond to them, agreeing to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, Spain.
